Mike is a horrible person who does not know how to speak to people. he owns this business so I’m guessing he thinks he can speak to people however he wants . don’t support people like him or his business. Remember HE needs our business to make money . Nasty behavior from a 41 year old man .

I stopped by in my work vehicle to see if I could schedule an oil change. I hadn’t even gotten out of my truck fully when ,who would I assume was the owner, came stomping outside screaming “NOT INTERESTED!” like I was some salesman’s trying to sell him something. I stood there dumbfounded for a moment and got back in my truck and left. From what I have heard from others in the area this is typical behavior for this business. If you’re going to act like a jackass I will gladly go somewhere else to spend my money.

Went in to get my brakes done and for rust removal. Brakes were not only worse than before but then they messed up something with the wheel traction. And they didn’t remove the rust. Waste of time and money!Services: Body & Trim

What a huge failure of an experience! In February, I went in to have my splashy and grinding brakes fixed as well as the rust removed from the back end for $800. I agreed to it and had to make transportation arrangements due to no loaner cars available, and Uber or Lyft was very sparse in the area. Dropping it off wasn't a problem because they have a key drop off but getting back to pick it up was a race against the clock since I was told they promptly close at 5 pm. While the grinding sound was gone, my brakes were better for about a week and then they again became weaker than they were before. At one point on an expressway, the brakes felt like they gave out and I had to pump them to get them to work again. They also messed up something because the ABS light and the traction light would light up on my dashboard when I take any turns. Rust wasn't removed either. I went back to address the issue and was told the front right wheel problem was not because of the brake work and it would cost me another $600. Due to my circumstances, I had a hard time getting back in because they don't offer loaner cars or pick up. Tried to get it back in for correction at the beginning of July but I had to miss my appointment due to an emergent issue. Since then, I haven't been able to reach Mike and left a couple voicemail messages. Today, I was sent a text message from his daughter that her Dad (Mike) told her to tell me to "F--k off" along with some other choice words. Way to go having a 14 year old get involved in your business! Very unprofessional!

Mike is the best mechanic around. We were getting the run around at the dealer and he took video of our problem for a reasonable diagnostic fee. The job wasn’t something he could deal with at his shop but his video helped prove the dealer was trying to give us the shaft. Just can’t say enough good things about Deluxe Auto.

When my alternator went out in my truck today during the snow storm. Mike took my truck in and fixed it with in a couple hours so I can go back out and finish plowing my accounts. Great work there.

We were on our way to a ball tournament from out of town when my car started to make a funny noise. I felt uneasy about driving back home an hour and a half so we googled mechanics near the ball field and found Deluxe Auto Service. They were able to see me right away and gave me an answer as to where the noise was coming from and even offered to fix it for me. He also assured me that my safety wasn't an issue while driving it back home and gave this mom some major peace of mind. Thank you so much!!
