The store is not the most professional, but I use it for convenience. The pharmacy is horrible. The customer service is poor with long wait times and staff seems inconsiderate. I only continue to use it because of very close proximity otherwise, I would highly recommend going to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst I’ve ever been to in this area. You will wait in line for at least 20 -30 minutes. I been coming to them for three years. I’m so glad I moved an will no longer have to heal with this location. I really feel bad for the senior citizen in that community.

Negative 10 stars for the pharmacy…. Absolutely horrible . Have been trying to fill a prescription for over 3 weeks . My doctor and insurance are constantly contacting this pharmacy but errors on the Walgreens behalf are preventing me from picking this up . This is not okay .

I've been going to this Walgreens for a while and yes I might have ran into a situation with them but this last one tops it all I had a prescription called in from the doctor's office Friday January 19th 2024 I haven't heard anything from them so I go up there the following Tuesday just to find out my prescription hasn't been filled only because they didn't have the medication in but no one thought to give me a call to let me know so I can go to another Walgreens the pharmacist is so uncompetent and unprofessional as well as her staff they should seek more training because it's ridiculous now it's been a week and still no medication that's the tragedy I wish I can give them zero Stars and not to mention I'm calling today which is the 26th still no medication and no call from them stating that and had to stay online for almost 30 minutes to find that out.

The Pharmacy is sooooooo terrible, unorganized, unprofessional and they have a lot of young people who I can see try to help customers but you can tell they have no clue what they’re doing. The Pharmacist are not very friendly or professional. The last time I picked up a prescription someone somehow got on my cashapp card and ordered food from a restaurant. The other day I called in and prescribed medication that I was out of, the man said oh it won’t be ready until tomorrow, I got a call the next day saying it was ready. When I got there they said it wasn’t ready nor did they have the prescription called saying it was ready. I am so done with Walgreens

I HATE THIS WALGREENS!! I constantly have issues with it refilling the same prescription EACH TIME!! How hard is it to answer a phone?! Waste of time and space. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES

If you or your love ones need prescriptions filled go somewhere else. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't even look into their system for medications at all or give you the correct substitutions for high priced medications. A pain in the butt to deal with children especially uneducated and or trained correctly.

The pharmacy here sucks I've been going to this pharmacy for years and this time they decided to give my medicine to someone else I'm diabetic and use Dexcom I've been waiting for my medicine for over a week since they gave it out to someone else that wasn't me.
