I worked out with Coach Tivaj. He actually taught me how to use the equipment first. Then he help me get back in shape. I really like working with him!!!!

Whenever I'm here it's either clean or being cleaned. Plenty of machines and if ever one is down, it doesn't stay down long. Hard to ask for much more from a public gym
