My wife and I were traveling from Connecticut heading north on 57 when a piece of the undercarriage in front came loose and was flapping making all kinds of noise. A bolt was missing, and parts were broken off from the front bumper underneath.
I saw the O'Reilly's from the highway and decided to see if maybe I could fix it with duct tape or something.
Tommy was at the counter, and I explained the situation and he recommended twist ties and gave me a couple of good tips.
So, Tommy. Your advice was perfect. The twist ties endured over 900 miles of highway driving since we were there Friday the 20th. We returned home Monday night without any further issues.

I went to the store yesterday for a problem on my battery . It turns out the battery was good & I might have bought an alternator , but the manager Wesley helped me out with the loose terminals!

Walked in to ask if they would check my battery and alternator, and as usual, I get the reply, "It will take about an hour," so I dip to Auto Zone in Blue Island and they on it ASAP. I give this store ZERO STARS

So I don't know anything about cars at all. A friend of mine told me to go to AutoZone and get a free diagnostic, and I accidentally went to O'Reilly's instead. I'm very glad I did because shannon, the employee that was working when I went in, was incredibly helpful and kind despite the fact that she was there alone and she was having to deal with the phone ringing and customers coming in. I truly appreciate hard work and she is the epitome of that. Thank you again Shannon for your help

I purchased headlights for my car then later found out mine were working so no longer needed them. The clerk who sold them to me didn’t want to give me a refund right away. It’s very likely I won’t shop there again.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable. The store was clean, a nice amount of items to choose from. They also have a boat and marine parts.
