This store has its moments. This location had an amazing crew. Was able to handle the issues the store was having. Now, they've replaced them with employees that are absent minded and clueless as to handling tasks appropriately and treat the customers like they are a nuisance. People treat this place like trash because that is the way they make the customers feel. Replace both those women that were working on 5-14 at 1600.

Honestly, I didn't even want to give this any stars. I want to give negative stars. I had such a good experience at this store about a month ago when I lost my phone and had to get a new one. The woman working that night was so nice and went out of her way to help me get the phone, I was even a few dollars short and she put in her own money to help me. However, I went back there the other day and as I'm walking through the front door I was stopped by a employee stating i couldn't come in saying that I stole from there. I don't steal and tried to explain that they were confusing me.wth someone else, the security guard came in yelling at me to get out of his store. Claimed they had me on video, which I demanded to see. They said they don't have to show me anything and the employee was laughing at me. I called the next day to talk to the manager he took my name and number said he would call me back but never heard back. I am very upset and feel discriminated. I will be contacting this corporation office

This store is always clean and organized. The cashiers are friendly n very helpful.

This store is very convenient close to my house but I will stop shopping here due to the terrible customer service especially over the phone called today to ask about Christmas lights where they available she told me after Christmas they go on sale I stated I needed lights for my tree. She said hold let me check never came back to the phone, I called back no answer just ringing and ringing. Came there a few weeks ago they had a young man standing in the lobby with the door lock before closing way before closing saying they closed it was not even six o’clock on a Saturday. Turning customers away. Very disappointed with family dollar .

This has to be the most ghetto , unorganized. Family dollar in history. Poor customer service , opens late , shit in the wrong spot . Oh our service is down but really the employees are late asss storeeee !!!!!

Y’all need to open your doors at the time it say open. I’m sick of coming to the store early ready to buy the things I need to buy and you have the doors locked. Change the time on the website if you not going to open the doors at the original time.
