My experience here at B&G auto repair was perfect ! Great price, very friendly service was fast and smooth if you need to wait they have a sit in a lobby to sit in for a short time because they work well will be back with more cars for sure .

We dropped off our car & communicated that our back windows do not roll up. In order for them to find out why they didn’t roll up, they rolled them down & left them down and decided not to roll them back up manually even though we getting our AC fixed & not our windows. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as it’s documented on our paperwork that it doesn’t roll up.

There’s no one in the area that would take us on a Sunday night in Harvey EXCEPT B&G! Those guys stayed late and did everything they could, as fast as they could to get me and my family (and Great Dane) back on the road.

B & G auto made me very happy by fixing my timing chain in my Chevy equinox. I will definitely refer them to any body that ask me for an auto shop and the receptionist is very nice and friendly. The owner treats you like a person not a customer. I am giving them 10 stars
