July 2,2022: I was a faithful WOW customer for over 10 years until last year (2021) I started seeing extra charges on my bill and I was paying over $200 a month for cable and internet services. I didn't have anything but basic channels;watching all old shows. the service stared having interruptions which went on for days into weeks. I finally called and canceled service and packed up all the equipment and sent it back via US mail. They have not acknowledged receiving the equipment and still billing me for services I do not have, I have tried writing them but my letters have been returned. Is this company still in business? my advice to anyone thinking abut this company for service is don't do it!

Worst internet I have ever had. First time they installed the cables; they managed to not properly connect them, along with them giving us old/used router. Our internet has not ran once like it should. We have had about 7 wow workers come and "fixed" different issues with our router and cables. Not once has this company solved anything and now they decided to install a prototype router to see how it runs. IT has been the worst of all of the issues.

I recently moved and unfortunately 'Wow!' is the main service provider where I'm at. After 4 months and being on autopay, I receive a bill that tells me now it's going to cost to have a statement mailed to me. Lol and then once I realize my bill has gone up... Again, I have autopay set up so I didn't think much of it. HOWEVER, I see they are being bought out. This month's bill informs me of the new recurring fees that will start May 1st. And now, even though it's $1, its going to cost me to pay online now. What the heck!? They push for no statements and autopay and now, it's going to cost me! Just one little fee after another. I signed a 12 month contract. But, in fine print, it can change whenever they want it to. But if I cancel, I'm penalized. Contradicting if you ask me.

Good when its working, half the time the cable isnt working shuts off after a little while. The cable hasnt been working since yesterday i have called to get a signal i have reset the box and robooted it but nothing worked.

Terrible customer service, had to constantly call back and re-verify then get transferred to someone else and have to verify again. No one can help or answer any questions, just verify your account. Will be exploring all other options

I would have given no stars but when the service is working it’s good however it needs to work and my internet has been down for about 3 hours today. 2/19. I’ve had more than 10 tech to come out, 2-4 outside line people and my service still goes down when ever. I have screenshots of just about all the times that the internet is not working.

My parents have "Life Alert" their modem went out. I talked to several people explaining that I needed someone to come out as soon as possible, 2 days later, they sent a technician out who went to the wrong house and closed the ticket. I called back and had to wait another 2 days for a technician to come out

I'm definitely disappointed. Every morning my Internet is down. Some things connect while my tv and game consoles won't. Constantly saying wireless connection failed. At this point I'm mad I changed providers. Plus this eero app is useless

Worst service ever!! I might get internet service for an hour and the rest of the day it’s out. I called about my internet so many times that I just deal with it. I haven’t switched because the other companies want to charge hundreds of dollars and I’m on a budget.

I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something. Because in the end, I want proof I dropped off there equipment. Well if necessary, I hope they check there cameras. Thou that won't say who I am though, will it!
