OMG!!! SAM IS AMAZING! I bought my boyfriend a custom charm from another jeweler in river oaks and was highly upset about how the picture in the memorial pendant looked! To no avail, I walked over to White Diamond and told him how unsatisfied I was about what the other person had done! He ensured me that he would fix it! He did MORE THAN FIX IT! He made it look 1000 times better! I’m so grateful! My boyfriend is going to love it! Thanks so much!
