worse Walgreens in the city. they are very nasty and rude and corporate needs to start popping up in them because they are never staffed and unprofessional. you order online for curbside and they never bring out your items then they tell you that they don't come out at night. well I have been sitting since 5:48 and no one came out. when I called she was combative and nasty. this store needs to be shut down or need new management. never spending my money there again. gave it 1 star because I had to.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever come across! Let’s not even get into the time where they literally gave me the WRONG prescription and swore they didn’t after I took the wrong medication. NOW, they refuse to give me my prescription because they claim they’ve just filled my prescription days ago when in reality it was a prescription for 9 pills, WEEKS ago. While trying to speak to a manager, I waited on hold for a hour just to be hung up on when it was finally my turn. Fire the whole staff and start over!

Went to the Pharmacy the hours are fabricated. Wasted time and gas. Says they’re open until 1am. It’s now 6:43pm. Thanks for nothing.

This Walgreens is ridiculously slow. Walgreens as a company has decreased in quality when it comes to customer service and catering to their community. You can come to the pharmacy at any time of day and still have a line wrapped around the store. The drive thru is never open , just a mess. They need to hire more employees and treat the employees better. They will call for customer service assistance at the pharmacy and no one will come to help them out. Insane.

If you want to wait forever for your prescription(s) and never get anyone to answer the phones, this is the best pharmacy to go to. HORRIBLE service. I don’t know who’s worse, them or CVS…

This store is a disgrace to mankind. I can't believe how they treat us in the primarily Mexican/african American locations. Every single visit is horrifying. Whether it's for a quick convenience, medications or whatever, there is always an issue. The store is filthy, the workers couldn't give one care and they never have stock. I went today only because it was the closest store and lo and behold...I purchase a tea that was expired since July. Just close down please

I would highly recommend you NOT come here to pick up any kind of medication! You will and I mean will be waiting more then 40+ minutes just to move an inch in the line. There is always one register open at the pharmacy and it seems like they take their sweet ass time doing anything. Stupid waste of time never again coming here to pick anything up

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. Keenan the pharmacist is nonchalant and rude. He lies and treats people like dirt. I will be transferring my Rx to another pharmacy.

If I could give this zero stars I would, this place absolutely sucks. Who ever runs the pharmacy department needs to be demoted and or sent to another Walgreens pharmacy store. The frustration is immense. How do you lose someone’s prescription??? That is so unprofessional and bad malpractice. This Walgreens as a whole needs to be permanently closed. Who do I have to call that’s in the higher up to have these employees given a reality check. If you do not like your job, why work there then???

I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to this Walgreens again. Angelica in the pharmacy is the icing on the cake of horrible customer service. Come to think about it, the way she just handled me and the customers in line I may even write a letter to the CEO of Walgreens. If you hate your job that much just quit. Walgreens on Torrence and Sibley currently has a google review of 2.4 stars and honestly that is too high. The store overall is dirty, it smells like a nursing home, and the lack of empathy for SICK people getting their prescriptions is sad. I understand being busy but being a manager for a corporate company I would immediately terminate any employee that handled our paying customers like this. I drove right to Walmart pharmacy in Lansing IL and got the same prescription filled in 30 mins. Walgreens do better. I will be writing Rosalind Brewer a very nice email about the unprofessionalism, unclean, and overall disgusting experience I had at this pharmacy.

I Had a appointment for covid-19 vaccination 1pm it is 2:15 PM and people are very angry and me to almost one hour delay it is the worst Walgreens in the area SMH

If I could give them 0 star, I would. It’s like Corporate decides to hire a bunch of unprofessional people and pack this Walgreens with them. If you find 1 or 2 friendly faces, they usually not there long. Line is always full. No customer service. Majority of the staff is rude. It’s like they do not want you to shop there. Avoid at all cost.
