Who refused to cash my check. She said that if your check is greater then the amount in your banking account that she won't cash it. Now my bill going through tomorrow is going to be screwed. But I can't cash com checks through the app because society doesn't like truck drivers nor do they accept them. It has to be a personal check or they won't cash it through the app. But they wouldn't cash it in person either. Even though the 1-800 number told me to bring it in person and they would cash it in person. And then I get here and this woman refuses to do it after it took me two days to get here from. Because u.s Banks are not all across the United States. I should have just taken it to the chase across the street and cashed it. I don't know why I'm experiencing such issues with this bank I've never had a branch that has caused me issues across the entire United States and then I get to this one of course home of the crooks. Well I have a bill that's supposed to go through tomorrow and who knows if my money will be there tomorrow but that's okay I can be charged $500 extra because the money is not in my bank because society doesn't care about other people anymore like they used to. These humans like the woman that was the teller just really doesn't care what happened to me because it doesn't affect her I've cashed checks no problem at US Bank in other branches I don't know why this woman wants to tell me I can't. I'm really becoming over humans I just want to I want to go somewhere that there is not humans existing.

This is by far the WORST branch I’ve ever seen. I can never get through to any bankers, nobody ever calls back. Money keeps getting moved around without my consent. And I still have not been contacted back so I can close my account. WORST BANK EVER

I been with this Bank since it was Pullman and I never had a problem until someone from Walmart stole money from me ...but the customer services is great the The fraud department sucks

First time visiting this branch and sadly this is why I don’t frequent the branches in this area. First impressions are lasting and to the branch manager (I’m certain she was), light skinned older black woman in pink, your poor attitude and hostile body language will get you to only where you currently are in life.Find some cheer when servicing the public.

I live in Indiana and need to drive to a branch of US Bank that will endorse our loss draft check for property damage. This branch, nor the others around-will answer the phone. Not all branches can do the endorsement and we don't want to drive 1.5 hours one way just to find out they can't do it. ANSWER YOUR PHONE

What good is it to have a phone number attached to a business and never answer it? What sense does it make to have empty ATM’s except the lobby ATM and a homeless person is sleeping there? That’s a risk I’m not willing to take, God bless him.

This bank is a horrible experience. I went to this bank to open up my Business account and everything was fine. I went to another bank and the teller was nice I was able to open up a credit card and received a great amount. I received a certified mail from Calumet US Bank saying they going to close my account for no reason and it was the only account that they closed out of all the accounts I have and my mortgage is with them as well. SMH. I'm very frustrated with this bank I have had countless bad experiences with them. Please stay away and find another back..... Just an fyi

I visited this branch on yesterday. It was crowded with a wait. The woman security guard that was there was operating in such excellence. Professional, courteous and polite. She thanked us for waiting and cleaned the seats as people were getting up and sitting down.Then I get to the teller, a woman by the name of Shanique. She was just as professionally, courteous and polite.I have never in my life received such wonderful customer service from a group of women like this. It’s was beautiful!US Bank, these women need a raise and the security guard needs to be hired and promoted.Thank you ladies for blessing me!

Horrible customer service. The teller for the drive up had a bad attitude from the beginning. You should really consider evaluating your associates more often. They're not wearing name tags.

This is by far the worst bank ever !!! There customer service.is nonexistent there communication is none they have a knack for hanging up on you not answering phone or giving you the run around... pull my.money.out and closed account.in less than 3 weeks this.bank is pitiful sorry I ever went there if you have an issue.you screwed can't go to other branches oh sorry.u have to go to branch that opened your account well isn't this us bank or if you call customer service I'm sorry we can't help u hv to go to branch dont.join rankedn#5.out of 15 for poor customer service..dont.do it in my opinion just bad experience for me
