Bob McClellan has been my agent for many years now. He has always been available for any questions or concerns that I may have. If he’s not available all I had to do was leave a message and he would reply, call back, and/or address my concerns in a timely manner. My best experience with him was during the death of my daughter. I didn’t know what to do. He assisted me with the entire process, he told me I want you to focus on you and your family. I don’t want you to be worried about this part. He took care of everything and I received my policy payment. I couldn’t have been more grateful to him during that trying time. I cannot say enough good things about our new agent, Bobby McClellan. To say he went above and beyond when switching insurance companies is an understatement. To find an insurance agent who is sincere, has your best interests at heart and always available for a call or question, is rare these days, he is a true blessing. Michelle Olge was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to help me with all my insurance needs, home, auto and umbrella. It was the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had in dealing with an insurance professional, and she even educated me on terms I was unaware of in the insurance world. She even came in on her day off to ensure I had coverage without lapse. She was able to provide me better and more coverage at a better rate than I previously had! I would recommend Michelle to anyone and everyone that needed to update their insurance. She is definitely an asset to State Farm!

I have been a client of Bob McClellan’s State Farm office for over two decades and the level of service has always been top-notch and very professional. They always respond back Immediately to any questions or concerns that i have for them. They’re very personable and friendly. Their customer service is definitely five stars plus, in my opinion. Bob has been my agent for over a decade now for homeowners and car insurance. He’s always been available when I have a question and candid when explaining rates. Bob has recommended honest contractors that provide cheaper solutions outside of making a claim. I’ve had 1 claim for my bathroom that went very smooth. I got a generous check in about 2 months since the claim was filed. Bob is your guy.
