I live out of state, and upon visiting family in chicago, my car had other plans. It would start and run, but something wouldn't let it stay running. They told me it was my push start ignition, but upon further investigation, turns out it was a blown fuse and a power switch that was oddly turned OFF in my fuse box. L&E were gonna charge me $900 for a issue I was lucky enough to resolve for $160! The staff was very friendly as well.

As always ( since 1989) I have always had a great experience at this shop! Prices are very reasonable, you don't wait long to het your car back AND the guys there are always nice to talk to!

Very disappointed.i agree with the evaluation of my vehicle but on the phone with nick i was told one thing but i went to retrieve my vehicle and had to pay $278 for a diagnostic check.one of which i was charged $180 dollars for tow service.where else was my car towed to.am i to assume that i was charged $180 for my car to be towed from one spot of the repair shop to the front. All these fee i was not briefed on when i walk into the shop.had i known i would have declined there services.never again

I have a 2011 Malibu that was hit on the drive side and the car was not driving correctly anymore so I took my car to theses guys and I would like to say that I’m very satisfied with there work and I will most definitely spread the word around and let friends and family know and the prices was extremely negotiable 10 star from me and I’m not over exaggerating

Nick is the best ☺️ He always takes great care vehicles. Between him & Leo they have a lifetime customer out of me. I have been going here for many years & he is one of the most honest mechanic businesses I’ve been to. In this business it’s hard to find that. Not only is he honest, his prices are unmatched. I’ve sent so many family & friends to him that now he’s their favorite automotive repair shop.
