Is it possible to give 0 stars??? I wish I would have read these reviews before going because I was highly disappointed with the service provided by River Oaks Kia. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which I was told should take 1.5-2 hours. I ask them to take a look at my tires and let me know if there's a slow leak since I was having issues with the tires. The servicemen never returned my car to me nor was I provided a report on what was going on with my car. I waited in the waiting from for nearly 4 hours, close to closing when an employee informed me that the mechanics left over an hour ago and my car was ready since 4pm. I did not receive a call, text or any updates on my car. The mechanics LEFT before returning my car and again did not give a status update. I had a very important event to attend, which I missed due to waiting unnecessarily beyond the time my car was ready. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Ziggy and which he explained that the service attendant was new. I further expressed my frustration with the service and the inconvenience that this caused. Ziggy then was rude and lacked sympathy. He reluctantly offered a small discount. 3 days later I still have not received a call from Kia with some type of status report on my tires. This is not okay and I would not return to this location nor recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I will no longer keep this Kia and trade it and obtain a new car from a company that care is more detailed and show care and concern for its customers.

Came here on a Saturday morning to purchase a brand new car with salesman Malik leaks. I spoke with him four times times over the phone over the course of a week before settling on my choice of vehicle. He didn't try to run any games nor waste my time. He was raw real and kept it simple. Upon arriving the car was already out front. Through the look through, test drive, paperwork, the process was seamless. He did a great job to ensure my needs were met. Even threw in a free car wash and filled up the gas tank for free. I am deeply satisfied with my purchase. If you check in on Yelp, they gift you a gift card. Mine was a $25 gas gift card which to me is nice on top of a full tank. It's small but it's worth something.

If your not buying a new car your not any value to them. My experience is horrible what's the point of taking it to a dealership when your car not in the best hands. I haven't received proper updates. I call and phone line click and I'm tryna be calm and not act out but it's been over a month now and now they don't provide rentals as they say

If you drop you car off here prepare not to have any clue on the status of your vehicle. Their phones might as well be decoration, they never answer them. You have to actually go there to get a simple status update, which is most cases is vague and not very helpful.

This is shitty dealership . Malik is a lying con man .Sold me a car without a Maroney sticker. This against Illinois law. Went there to get an oil change and the software update . Got there at 7:30 am and left at 12:30. Do they give you updates ? NOI was told it would take 2 hours . I texted the number they gave me for an update and the service advisor did not respond. If you can find another dealer to buy a car from then do it ..Pay attention to the reviews . They are as bad as the reviews say.

Not good. I waited four hours when I was told two hours . Didn't receive an update until I walked back to where the service advisor..I had issues with the car that I was told would be fixed when I first purchased the car. I was first told that the car has over 120,000 miles by the sales manager . Which was wrong, the car has 12,000 miles. When I bought the car it had 6,000 miles on it. I was told I never contacted the dealership and the sales person had no knowledge . I showed them the email I sent to him after the sale. I was then told that I should have received a response from the sales person and they didn't know about. I have the response from the sleazy sales person Malik.

Well, I'm back with another review. After purchasing a 2023 Kia Seltos on 12/2/2022, I'm having difficulty with this car. One payment made. ?As of 2/2/2023, the Kia Seltos is in need of repair. The RPM level fluctuates. When the car is in park, the RPM hand is on 1. When I'm driving the car 15-20 mph, the RPM goes between 1-3. The service person was gracious enough to give me an appt. within the next 1 week. Should I drive the vehicle while I wait on the appt.? I have appointments, places to go, etc. I need advice!!! KIA products have been seen frequently BUT....

I called for service and was on hold for 30 minutes no one NEVER answered my call. I don't know how this company stays in business! I'm disappointed that I bought a Kia.I had an appointment for an oil change and it took over 3 hours. I never got an explanation for the delay. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours with no one giving me any updates. I looked outside and my car was parked. I then went to the service advisor and told him that I see my car is ready and asked why I wasn't informed. He said go back in the waiting area and I will bring your paperwork. I waited an additional 30 minutes. I went to the manager and he seemed to not care either. There is a very bad culture at this dealership. I won't be spending my hard earned money here ever again.

Not good!The service manager was very short and quirt. They didn't use genuine Hyundai parts on my Sonata and no tire rotation was performed as it should have been!?? Family Hyundai was great... I should have gone back to them to purchase my car & service.

My 2017 Kia Sportage was towed to the dealership on Tuesday January 17th, my vehicle wasn't diagnosed until Saturday January 21st; only after I made several visits to the dealership to check on the status of my SUV. A few hours later, I received a phone call stating that my vehicle had no coolant, the lower radiator support is bent, the radiator hose is punctured, and the radiator needs to be replaced. I was quoted a price of $1,320 for labor and $1,251.68 for parts.I decided that the estimate provided was outrageous and declined to have the vehicle serviced. In the midst of my several encounters with the service representatives, no one advised nor informed me that it would cost $200 to have my car diagnosed. Nevertheless, I paid the $200 to receive my keys and left the dealership. Kia failed to properly communicate to me the cost of diagnosing the vehicle, they are price gouging, and they are falsifying the information regarding the work that is needed to fix my car. They are practicing unethical behavior towards consumers and attempting to take advantage of people. I am for certain this is not in alignment with Kia's mission and value statement.

I wouldn't recommend this location. We made an appointment in advance because the check engine light was on in the car. When we arrived they indicated there were 10 cars ahead of us and we would need to wait a few days. I didn't understand why if we had an appointment they couldn't check it that day. We decided to leave the car there. We didn't hear anything for a couple days and got no response to calls or texts. On the sixth day they said they would be checking it but by 3pm nothing had happened. At that point we decided to pick up the car and take it somewhere else! Unless you can be without your car for weeks, I wouldn't recommend this place.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!Service was horrible. I arrived for an appointment and they had cars lined up outside. Once I got inside, I was told my service would take 1-2 hours. The waiting area is small. They had water and plain ritz crackers. Old school coffee from a standard coffee maker and magazines. After about an hour, I checked to see the status on my car. Different workers kept lying to me telling me in about 30 minutes my car would be ready. They kept saying this throughout my wait. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I went back to the garage area and noticed my car was not in the rack yet. I then asked for my keys so I could leave. The guy who greeted me told me that they have a sign on the wall that says your appointment time doesn't mean you'll be seen at that time. I wasn't told that when I arrived and checked in. I didn't know I had to read the walls to read a handwritten note. Clearly this is not the Kia standard , but something the employees there decided to do to make customers sit and wait all day. No one offered me a ride, shuttle ? Nothing. When I asked for my keys , the staff was laughing and the r guy who greeted me blew me off like I was bothering him. This place lacks customer service. They need to be trained as to how to deal with customers and stop lying to them! I asked for the manager and they said he was off. I then asked what the managers name was and no one seemed to know his name. Hmm. You work at a place and you don't know your manager's name? I will never go back there for anything. If I am in the area and my car broke down, I would have it towed to another dealership!!

I had my 2021 kia stinger brought there cause it wouldn't start they was telling me it's was because I needed a tuneup and oil change but it's a leased vehicle so after they looked at it it was the fuel pump that went bad and flooded the fuel injectors and they charged me 336.00 for fuel injection cleaning how ? It's a leased car and I looked on the paperwork all the parts where covered under the warranty this place is a crooked shop I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy I'll never buy a kia again and if I could put negative 0 I would
