Not sure where the bad reviews came from, but I'm a new customer to this location and I've been there a few times and have gotten in and out pretty fast. The tellers were nice and I'd return.

The worst customer service ever. They always miss lead people and take too long to do the job, I think they have to change the whole staff!!

Wow! The worst bank in America! Always a line wrapped around the lobby, get ready to spend 15-20mins for a simple deposit. They also closed the Drive Thru service windows, go figure, a busy bank do that!! Thank goodness there are other banks that are worth my business. If you are looking to open an account here beware, do your research as there are much better banks if you expect quick service.

I have been with Bank of America for at least 6 years for the past year I'm noticing a problem with the drive through you sit in line and get to the cash station and it can't receive cash or deposits on several occasions I have had to get out get back in line and 2 out of 3 machines are down it's terrible! Also when calling in I have been on hold on one phone for like 25 minutes I dial from another phone and I've been on for 40 minutes just to get through finally to get through to the banker and then being told I've got to be transferred to another line and on hold again the service is terrible it's terrible Bank Of America is about to lose a customer due to their poor machines and customer service there is also trash and garbage get it together! And to top it off I made a deposit on a Friday at 3:30 they issued me a small amount and held my same 5 year payroll check 3 days while I had wrote a check and they bounced it and after 3 calls and a smart mouth customer service rep refused to waive the $35.00 fee I'm done

What an absolute joke of a bank! Business line is closed 90% of the time, and when it is open the tellers are extremely rude. I get "Wow really?" and "OMG" coupled with dirty looks when I bring in a large deposit. What did you think was going to be in the bag? Candy? Tacos? No, just do the job you're paid for, and have at least a modicum of customer service. You're better off finding literally any other bank for your business. Even stuffing your cash under the mattress is a safer bet.

Wow Is all I can about this branch the other reviews are spot on rude service abrupt may not even be teh definition of there service. I waited 30 minutes to see the branch manager that never showed. I walked up to the window asked to withdraw all my available cash and the girl tells me this this doesn't close my account I state I understand but I dont't have time to wait on their "customer Service" to do this as I'm pressed for time she has the gall to tell me not to take an attitude with her... I could not wait for my bank to clear the check in 2 days from Bank of America so I came to this branch to cash the check. I was asked for my Id, ok no problem then she said this is going to take a min and a manager override. This check mind you is from the company I work for. Then she said I need a thumb print on the check. That's weird and have never had to do that before. I said why, she told me I can go to my own bank if I want. That was very rude. I asked for a receipt because I had to pay 8 dollars to cash a company payroll check, they said they do not give receipts on cashing checks. I would never open an account with this bank.

Worst experience ever! If you are banking here or thinking of opening an account, please take the time to read this review. This branch desperately needs to be investigated both internally by BOA and by the FDIC. My debit card got locked for no good reason and when I called to get an explanation, customer service sent me to this branch to have it reactivated. They said to bring two forms of ID and that this would be cleared up within minutes. Therefore, I drove the half hour out here only to be put into a back room with a phone that was never answered after nearly an hour. I do not understand what service this branch provided as I could have simply called from home. After nearly an hour wait, I walked out to find a manager to see what the hold up was. After briefly asking the customer service rep at the front door what was going on, they closed the account completely and told me that they are not required to give an explanation. Unbelievable. Little did they know, that I had several long standing accounts that I immediately closed. I closed my two business checking and savings, closed my personal checking and savings, closed my girlfriends checking and savings, and the rest of our famiies will be closing their accounts in the morning. We will happily take our business to a bank that has an ounce of professionalism. I guess when you are forced to bank in the ghetto, you get ghetto service.

I am here every week for a commercial deposit. The commercial lanes are never open. The drive up lanes are slooooooowwwwww. I really really hate this bank and especially this drive up. You have 5 lanes. Why can't you open them all up on a Friday afternoon? Fire this manager for not scheduling correctly.

Always seems to be a long wait for a teller and the ATM was down last time I was there...but gets the job done.
