I bought a chain from here and the man ricky negotiated prices with me and gave me a great deal. My chain broke once and they fixed it for free and it broke a second time and they told me to come look around and I can exchange it and get something for a different price or the same price. He ended up helping me find something thicker with better quality and allowed me to exchange it at no extra charge. I am extremely satisfied with this customer service and he worked well to meet my needs.

I visited this establishment to have a ring resized, not a big purchase , I know... The first time I was informed that the employee would be back in 20 mins...ok so I come back in 20, ....then I'm told the employee would be back in an hour...ok I'm back again..... Well let's just say I WOULD NOT recommend them. Very bad management.... In my opinion!!!

The absolute WORST jewelry... diamonds fall out on a daily basis and who has time to keep running back for bs repairs... go to a reputable place do waste your time or money
