Been coming here for years love how they do my nails and feet but I'm so pissed off the lady that do the eye lashes apply a lot of hair glue which will leave ur lashes in pain when u try and take them off I specifically told her I don't want a lot of glue and she still added it I jus spent two eyes getting my lashes off picking and pulling oil or water wouldn't remove them I finally got them off and I'm in alot of pain don't recommend going here for eye lashes lady uses to much glue ans hair glue at that‼️

I use to go to Kim’s back in the day and it’s clearly not what it use to be. I asked for a basic French tip pedicure and the finished product looks like I could have done this myself. The French tip is not crisp and then polish was gunky. I had to ask the tech to cut my toe nails lower and even. While I was drying she came over to make sure to collect the money.

They are too expensive for only the front nail tech to be the only good one. They are selective on who they service especially alex the one in the first chair

They are so rude. I asked a simple question and it is possible that he didn't understand what I was asking and instead of him getting someone else he walks off. I asked him if that was the usual response and he said yes. I didn't appreciate that especially when I'm a paying reoccurring customer. Very unprofessional establishment and it hasn't been the same since the original Kim left. I don't appreciate this type of service where I spend my money.Services: Pedicure
