Back after a loooong time & LUUUUV it they had my hard to find size 4XLT & for the biggest savings of my life paying under $25 for a shirt & a nice coat vest for the same
I've gotten tired of DXL prices of $60-$120 for one shirt no more now I'm back at JC Penny's for my weekend browsing & buying

I Visited JcPenny in Cal. City the weekend they were giving out golden tickets. I was fortunate enough to get a 50%. Mr. Bilal customer service was exceptional, above & beyond. He greeted me & proceed to help me locate items I had in my online cart. He spent well over an 1 1/2 hrs. assisting & helping me to complete my purchases with so much patience. His insight & opinions were spot on concerning what goes with what, mixing & matching, getting good quality. I was able have Christmas in August for my family. Please honor Bilal for employee of the month. Bilal, I want you to know that you are much appreciated ??. Keep it up!!! May God keep & bless you & yours.

Nice selection of clothing. One of the few stores to purchase conservative fashion clothing and aparels that are reasonably priced. I also love the home sections and good quality bedding, curtains, and bath accessories.
Staff are very pleasant and welcoming at this location, and the store is well stocked and organized.

Great store because they cater to the needs of their customers. If something is not in stock. They will gladly order for you. It usually comes within a day or two. Excellent service to customers ?

Store was clean and I found a cooks pot for a good price and I found the color I wanted however the escalator going up was broken i had to search for some one to help me look for the elevator in which I had to go back to the checkout desk couldn't find no one on the sales floor to help me.

As usual, I always find very nice clothing, great prices especially when thy have the door buster sales. I always save a lot and get more items for less. The savings are really great. My aunt and I went shopping at jcpenny in riveroaks shopping mall on Mother's Day, and we got so many bargains that we were just excited we were able to get everything we wanted and then some. I also got an extra percentage off by having a JCPENNY card. I'm pleased ?

I went to pick up an online order. They have the checkouts and the pick-up desk at the front of the store. You don't have to go looking for it. My experience was pleasant.
