“I've been a customer of Chris Matin's State Farm office in Calumet City for over 30 years, and I couldn't be happier. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs. Whether it's a question about my policy or assistance with a claim, they are always prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for reliable and friendly insurance service in the Calumet City area. However my experience with the State Farm company has turned bad, we experienced a bad storm last year which caused damage to my roof and I experienced leaks inside my house. State Farm refused to replace my roof instead they want me to patch it up and have different colors on the roof due to the age of the roof. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and never filled a claim on my house, this is unfair. My State Farm bills has increased over 30%. I have a great agent but looking for a new insurance company”
