I visit this location quite often but decided to post a review after my most recent visit. The staff greeted me and when I paced around looking for different items, there was an associate that asked if I needed assistance and I did. They were quite friendly and helpful. Thanks for great service.

Lets face it, it's home depot, you don't expect quality but you would think they couldn't screw up prepackaged name brand items. They can. This particular store is in stiff competition with the Homewood store for the worst employees on the planet. The only way to improve it would be to burn the place to the ground, bulldoze the wreckage, build a new store and then sell that store to Lowes.

Ok so, Home Depot is Home Depot. Generally, they have what you need, the prices are decent, and you can get a lot from these store. When me and my mother came here to find paint, she was already a little tired and frustrated, paint isn't her favorite thing to shop for. With that said, there were two guys at the paint counter that were patient and very helpful to my mother. They gave her ideas and tips for the correct paint and coverage. They even suggested alternatives to what she had in mind, in case she was still unsure. As nice as they were, the cashier takes the cake on this one. Talk about a cherry on top! I believe the woman's name was Jeannette. She was awesome. Middle aged, black woman, ALWAYS smiling and engaging in conversation. We needed some help and a price check on an item and she was so helpful and happy the whole time. I wish I could pay this woman's salary from my own pocket. She is the reason my mom left that store smiling. Thank you Jeannette?, I believe that's your name. I will confirm that the next time I'm in there. Thank you!!

I had to give at least one star but I really wanted to give no stars. This location has a bunch of lazy staff. They cancel my curbside pick order again for the third time and each time my order were submitted 3.5 hours before the 6pm cut off. They cancel it all because the staff don't want to do curbside pickup. Lazy Lazy Lazy!!!!.I do not recommend going there.

I ordered windows and installation May 3, 4-6 weeks I was told. They gave me an install date of Aug 21, a week before they had to reschedule. After calling numerous times for the new date of Nov.11. That's unreal. No one cares. I'm constantly calling them. Today I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Don't get windows from Home Depot. They will come to your home in 3 days take your deposit and throw you to the wolves. The worst.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Ordered cabinets and countertops from Jennifer, on July 18, 2020 and as of today, September 21, 2020 I have not received my full order! I'm still waiting for Jennifer and management to "figure it out." On top of the run-around and terrible service, I've received a call saying I owe them more money! I have yet to receive all of my cabinets to have the countertops even fitted and they said I have to pay for someone to come back to fit the countertops. Unbelievable!

Curbside delivery is the topic. I arrived at 1 pm Tuesday, July 28. Did the online check-in, put in Spot 01 to identify my car location and waited patiently for 15 bags of landscaping rocks. At 1:30 pm, went into the store to find out why the wait, customer representative puts order number into system...wait, I'd already checked in, right? Nope, guess not. Rep says she'll call Garden dept. to process order. Fine, at least it's in the system now, right? Wrong, at 2:00 pm, still no order. I go back in the store to cancel order. Rep is surprised no order has arrived. I am surprised too. Maybe not enough employees on duty but at least inform customer service of the delay. But no response and I'm stuck waiting. Do better.

First and LAST time visiting this location... workers yelling at each other from isles apart and NOT ONE OF THE WORKERS IN THE ISLES WERE WEARING MASKS... waited 15 minutes for someone to cut my blinds no one showed... ended up waiting another 15 minutes to speak with the store manager who informed me that they were short staffed and didn't have anyone working in the flooring department. But the person that she got to help me is the exact same person who had refused to help earlier (because it was ALMOST time for his shift to end) smh

This store is under New Management, no carts in the store, the carts are all outside, Hitting people cars.Asked to speak to a manager waited 20 minutes still no manager. I was told Rochelle was going to talk to me no Rochell. The service sucks, not one person around to ask a question about a product. I asked for the Store Manger Jody, he finally came out with a darn attitude...I tried to explain to him the concerns that I had, is excuse was it's a pandemic... I understand now it's the demographic area.. that he's in He don't give a darn....Regardless of the demographic area we still want quality service... Jody response was just a darn excuse!!!!!! a Clown!!!

I only ever write reviews when I have received either absolutely terrible service, or outstanding service, and I can honestly say this Home Depot location falls under the latter. Every single employee I have worked with in this store has been head and shoulders above staff at other locations -- whether it's helping me save money, pointing me in the right direction on materials, or just checking in letting me know about ongoing promotions or deals -- the staff at this location (to name a few, Darron, Jill, Jennifer, and Karrie) are always looking out for the customers, which is why this is my go to store and the first people I call when I need assistance.On a separate note, Jennifer in Kitchen Design helped with me an update on my personal kitchen and we could not be any happier with the results and the care she gave to our designs to ensure we were getting everything done the way we wanted it to be. Thank you!
