They are thieves and incompetent, I canceled my membership and they kept charging me for 4 months in a row and every time I dialed or went to the place to cancel they didn't give me a response and now they even get angry to demand my money...
!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I 1ST gave it 5 stars but that was because the gave me a discount if I did. Once I went thru the Carwash my car was not all that clean. I like that they're ppl at the end to shine tires and dry your car. Tips are appreciated if you use them?

Manager on duty very rude, doesn't have any management skills using profanity, pants sagging, don't want to handle customers issues with service the wash paused several times my car didn't come out clean, he is taking pictures of scratches instead of the dirt that was on the car. Canceled my membership after 4 years of being a customer due to the rudeness of management.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY CHARGED, DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY!
I had an unlimited car wash membership when the business was Fullers. After the ownership changed to Sparkle, I was incorrectly informed by an employee that my old pass was no longer valid and was told to buy a new membership with Sparkle.
Recently, I noticed that I’ve been double-charged for both memberships over the past two months. Attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. Calls went unanswered, and when I visited the car wash, the employees were incompetent, unhelpful, and quick to try to pass blame saying it was Fullers fault, despite my credit card statement showing Sparkle. I spoke with Fullers who confirmed Sparkle took over all passes, and the employees had given incorrect information.
Sparkle refused to refund the overcharges, only offering to look into it if I was double-charged again. This response is unacceptable and indicates poor business practices. Due to this experience and hours of my time being wasted, I permanently canceled both memberships and have no trust in ever using this business again!

The Calumet City location is the worst I have ever seen in a car washing business. Their employees are rude and don't know what they are doing. I was with Fuller's Car Wash at that location for over 3 years, and I could tell that something had changed. They have 3 drive up lanes to enter the car wash and half the time 1 or 2 are closed, so you would have 1 lane for everyone to go through even people with the monthly pass like myself. But not any more, I canceled my monthly pass cause their business and employees are not professional at all. If you had any problems like I did, you would do the same. If you need an employee, knock on their employee door cause that's where they are always at. No, I will pass on this business. I will drive clean across town before I would use this car wash again.

I've been going here for about 5 years. Lately, for whatever reason, it's not as sudsy as it used to be. I've been there maybe hundreds of times. And now I've noticed my vehicle is not as clean as it used to be. I'm disappointed and I probably will cancel my monthly membership.

New owners and whomever own thus car wash has totally disrespect the black community..i believe since I been going there since they open that the new owner is black and his ignorant self Raised the the price to only 3 options $10,15 or 20 if backup and went Bernice rd car where the price has been the same for years , So don't go here

I've been double charged for a membership that I canceled 2 months ago with the Manager. Obviously he did not cancel it. Speaking to someone at this company is useless. I need to know how I can officially cancel my membership with this car wash.
