I have never had a problem ordering shoes on finishline.com. However, i just incorrectly received a pair of black/white shoes when I order red/white/blue. The label on the box is correct but the contents is wrong. School starts in two days for my son. Guess he won't be wearing these shoes. Will return to store.

terrible. i was there the weekend of 5/12/18 during the afternoon. Employees were horrible. They completely ignored the customers. I guess they were busy having a conversation amongst themselves because every customer including myslef had to interrupt and say "excuses me". I feel like we shouldnt go through that when were about to spend big money on shoes. Please retrain these employees on the value of customer service. Thanks
