I have been using Duke of Oil facilities for approx. 6-7 years. I was very disappointed when I went to the Calumet City facility on yesterday. First of all, they lied on several areas of my report:
1. They never asked me about my either of my air filters (but said they did)
2. They never washed my windows (they were down the whole time I was there)
3. They put oil in my truck out of a plastic gallon jug (no label) and when I questioned it, I was told that’s how the oil comes.
Eventnough, the young man who checked me out was apologetic about my complaints, the guy who actually worked on my truck, never said anything.
For the record, I will never use that facility ever again.
A very unhappy customer.

The last time I went there they left the oil cap loose. The truth is that I know we make mistakes but they also need to check their work carefully.

I went her and got an oil change recently and the the staff was really nice. Quality work too, surprisingly they didn’t take too long.

This place is always consistent with being courteous, giving professional service and with minimum wait time. I started coming here after another well known oil change place didn't reconnect the vacuum hose and was uninterested and unapologetic about the issue. I've never had any problems with the 2 locations I've used. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Had issues with water hose. Great place to do business with. All other places I go to get an oil change. My dash says 98 percent or 99 percent oil life. Here it says what it's suppose to say. 100 percent. I have made this my oil changing place. Thanks Duke Of Oil
