Hate thus place, as busy as it get during the holidays they still only have one person working the register. If you have nothing better to do with your time then go stand in line for an hour and give them your hard earned money!

Kimisha is very unprofessional and needs to be retrained on her attitude dealing with customers and coustomer service she showed no interest in explaining the return policy after I just bought the shoes no less than a hour ago. I would not recommend paying in credit)debit here for shoes I wouldn't recommend buying shoes here they get shoes late or way after the release anyway so good luck. Won't step foot in again.

I’m never reserving a pair of Jordan’s here ever again. I bought 2 toys for 2 different sizes for the bred 11’s and they put me down for a kids 12 when I specifically asked was it a mens size 12 and the 2 women there replied yes asked for a 3 in a infant size they had me down for a 3 kids size. And the ppl that came in after me had the same problem.Very disappointed in this DTLR. They cool as far as just buying something but reserving a pair of shoes I would go somewhere else.

The absolute worst customer service in the entire mall they attempted not to follow corporate policies and I had to call 1-800 number to get issue resolved. Won’t be shopping at this location again.
