Take your pharmacy needs elsewhere. No notifications in app of when prescriptions are ready, no notifications that their out of stock on meds unless you call and ask and that’s if you can get through on the line without waiting for a long time. Still haven’t gotten my meds after a week. Worst decision ever was choosing CVS.

Employees work with high levels of stress unfortunately the customers have to suffer from long waits. I was put on hold for 45 minutes they never returned back and I hung up. It's so sad how this trend continues throughout the whole CVS network for several years.

The pharmacy department could not help me w the questions I had and things I was looking for. I ended up going to Walgreens across the way and found help and the product I was looking for. I'm never going back to that establishment

They have really gone down 10mins in drive thu line, then another 10mins at the window. tech walked back and forwarded like we weren't there, plus a car had just pulled off. They need help. Need more techs ASAP! Come CVS you need to do better

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever seen. I dread that I have to go here. They literally didn’t fill two of the three prescriptions. They didn’t tell me so I saw when I got home and didn’t bother telling me my other one was out of stock. At least the app was more competent than the people and let me know. So now I’m two days with out my medication because this pharmacy sucks. Tried to call and let them know. Been on hold for 20 minutes.

These people are inept and insulting, and refused to identify themselves.My grandson did not get his ADHD medicine due to their inability to identify his Medicaid insurance.

My visit to cvs was very pleasant. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I just wish that the pharmacy stayed open a little later.

Short Staff all of the time and Rude Lazy Workers and always out of Medicine and The Pharmacy doesnt answer the Phone! Gonna inform Corporate.

Dawn a manager was the best at assisting customers of all the CVS that I frequently shop at she always greet the customers as soon as they enter the store and always ask if you need any assistance I will be glad to help. She makes this store enjoyable to shop here. five stars!

Why is it so hard to find a pharmacy that that is pleasant enough to work with. It appears every time i call to check a prescription status and have to speak with someone the whole pharmacy staff with the exception of the (male) pharm is down right rude. Very unpleasant. Its almost like your afraid to speak with anyone. Everyone in the pharmacy needs to do better. Its because of us that we keep them in business. May have to take my business some place else.

My daughter needed OTC pain medication, which of course is locked away, so after asking the cashier, the pharmacy staff, and pressing the assistance button 15 times, I was finally told over the intercom in an extremely rude tone that someone would be with me shortly, this was after waiting for 20 minutes already, then another 10 minutes passed, so I finally gave up and walked out. This was one of the worst instances of poor customer service that I e ever experienced. I will NOT be returning to this store again for any reason at all. This only happens in certain neighborhoods, I’m certain of this, and it’s shameful.

I would have gave this store zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost. The pharmacy is the worst, the store smells and water damage be seen coming from the ceiling.

You can call the store just for no one to answer and then when you go inside there is literally no customers!! I sat on the phone 2 separate days for over thirty minutes outside of the CVS and walked in while still on the phone and they had no customers at all and still didn’t answer just for them to tell me my prescription isn’t ready (when I was told it would have been ready the day before). This is literally all the things they could have told me over the phone, yet they didn’t answer!!!
