I've been going here from the time they opened, and 1st. I've never met an Owner like Scott. I watched how he treats his employees. He created a family type atmosphere with them and his customer's.Erick, Annie, Earnest, Jose, and AngelaGives great customer service, but what's even better. They're even better human beings. This is , imo, the best pawn shop around. Annie was very kind and friendly. She is out going and very knowledgeable. I most definitely will shop there again. If you're looking for a pawn shop that does it all then this store is for you !! Great service and great staff. Rated A (for awesome ). Just drove 25 minutes because they told they had an Xbox Series S. I got to the store and everyone was confused and I was told they have NO Series S. Save your time and go to a more competent Pawn Shop.

Eric was so helpful, I went and saw him recently to sell some unwanted jewelry, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. We will be seeing you guys again soon. Looking forward to browsing the unique collections they have in!

I wish I could give☆☆☆☆☆10☆☆☆☆☆. This is has to be your best option in the Midwest looking for a pawnshop. Authentic items that the typical pawnshop doesn't carry. "ERIC " took great care of me, really I felt like I was borrowing money from a friend and not someone ripping me off. Eric was very knowledgeable about his customer service was spectacular. I left there with my issues taken care of and I didn't feel bad. This is a pawnshop that my great-great grandchildren will come to. THANKSERIC THX FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND TEACHING ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T KNOW

If the young kid and black worker their don’t wast your time, the old man cool, they complained about how I parked but yet the one was parked in the no parking zone, and they had a truck and trailer parked in the handicap zone, if the old man leaves the business to the kids it’ll be closed soonTo reply to your comment, so you guys can park like $hit but when a customer does it, it’s wrong, I call you an old man since your the oldest one their, I was in their a few days ago you dident say anything to me and I looked at two rings if you remember they weren’t my size, and if you noticed the guy I brought with me had his card out ready to buy a gold chain you guys had it marked for 800 and I wanted to see the other ring but you know it’s your business, I guess turning away paying customers is good for business, and the old man comment refers wisdom on how you dident say anything to the way I parked 3 days ago this a white guy about to buy something but your hired help I guess Is right
