I have been a client with Chris Martin since 2011. State Farm has been my only insurance company. I have with them since I was old enough to drive. I have car insurance and homeowners insurance through this office. They have taking great care of me through all my major life changes and when things have been stagnant. Cathy is the receptionist for this office and she has been a wonderful asset to the team. She has helped me navigate through all my processes. I would and have recommended this office to others. I had questions about my mom's account. Spoke with Kathy over the phone about my concerns. She took all the information I had and told me she would look into it.she call me back in such a timely manner. We still couldn't find the problem.she asked if I could come in to show what I had.Chris and Kathy sat down with me and worked to see what they could do for me. IT was best experience I could ask for. I fill they went far above to take care of me.I see why my mom have been with them for such a long time. It was the best customer service I had experienced in such a long time. Thanks again Chris and Kathy for all your hard work ?

I had to contact the office because my mortgage was sold to another mortgage holder. I had to provide Chris' office with the details. Kathycwas very professional and understood everything I told her.
