They Are TERRIBLE & have gotten Worse over the Last 10 years!!! The Blonde is Thee Absolute WORST!!!! She's Rude and forgets CUSTOMER SERVICE is what she gets Paid to do!! I said the last time I wouldn't return but after today, I will go the extra mile to spend money. They're 2 associates, 1 is working and the Blonde is texting on her phone, then after 2-3minutes, decides to acknowledge me, Can I help you, NO clearly you're hear to text Not help and proceed to the post office for CHEAPER and NO human Contact! Close this place OR Hire Better Staff!!

It was ok. The ladies move slow so the line stayed long. But overall friendly and they take care of what you need. Needs a remodel though imo.

I've been a customer of this currency exchange for over 20 years. They handle all my business notary and vehicle business. Never one time did I have a problem. The staff is very nice and helpful. All my help cash checks there as well. They offer everything needed in a currency exchange. I read the 2 bad reviews, but one must consider the source. Most likely there angry their baby's Daddy isn't working or contributing money or he's cheating on them, but whatever their reason for a vicious review, they do not reflect the thousands of happy customers that depend on this currency.

Omg this place sucks big time...if I could give it negative stars I would...they basically charged me $810 for a title transfer and plates, should have cost me $405 with fees included...they ran my debit card twice and tried to tell me it only went through once...now I have to have my debit card company dispute the charges and wait for two weeks for my $405 that was stolen from me....I'm literally ready to call up there and scream again....the lady should have been paying attention to the work while I was doing the debit card transaction instead of getting other things ready....I should have just paid cash instead of debit card.....they sure do not know how to do shit there

Very rude and unprofessional I'm a paying customer. Becky and sue since no one wanted to give names when I asked. My whole experience was horrible from the time I walked in saying hello to leaving out. Ppl who work in customer service should be polite and kind not rude and bitchy. The lady with all the pores in her skin and the other long nose definitely pushed my buttons today. Am I the only one who has had a bad experience? Is this family owned ?
