I....brought a set of headphones they fell apart they gave me another pair that pair went out within a week I wasn't able to get there to return them for the second time so when I went there to pay my phone they wouldn't exchange them I would have to give them $5 to get another pair from product that didn't work.and I've been paying my phone bill there for a good six seven years loyal customer and this is how they treat me I might not be paying my phone there no more
