I visited Big Time Clothing on 11/05/2019 and put a shirt on layaway because they did not have my size. I wear a 2x but the customer assistant informed me they run small and suggested a 3x. She put in a request for that shirt. The shirt was $109.99 before tax which was quite expensive for a shirt so I was confident the assistant knew what she was doing. The customer assistant lady was very nice. I came and picked up the shirt on 12/03/2019 and completed the purchase of the shirt. $120.44 total. When I put the shirt on which was selected for a photo shoot, it did not fit in the neck...too small. Extremely disappointed I had to change my outfit for the photograph, I attempted to return the shirt on 01/05/2020 and at first was told I could do so by the same lady but I had to purchase something in the store with the credit. I has spent some time and had already picked out a few items when the service lady told me her boss said to not give me the credit for the return and to come back in and speak with them. I am disabled and 65 years old and it takes a lot out of me to get around. I am flabbergasted the this business would treat me in this manner. I now want full credit for this shirt that does not fit and want nothing else out of this store. All of the sizes are all mixed up as they are not made in America. I seen one sweater that was a size 5x but I could tell it would fit me. Proper Courtesy might have gotten them a good customer.
