I gave up on my other pharmacy because of poor customer service. I changed to Victory Pharmacy and have the Best Pharmacy Experience ever. They are professionals and knowledgeable and still have a strong sense of community and humanity. I love them. You must check them out and see what they’re up to and they can compete with the other guys . Don’t be swayed by the size. THEY WALK SOFTLY AND CARRY A BIG STICK.

I found Victory Pharmacy today after attempting to drop-off a prescription at Osco in South Holland, which is my usual go-to pharmacy. The Osco pharmacist quickly (and rather apathetically) resolved that they couldn't be of service to me because the particular prescription I had was a "compound." I did a Google search and came across Victory Pharmacy - Black-owned & Christian-owned, double win!They were very welcoming, and Wole let it be known that he could put the prescription together for me and have it prepared by the next day. Once I informed him that it was for my 18-month old daughter who had been experiencing serious mouth pain, he told me he would expedite it. I was able to come back and pick it up a few hours later, and I truly felt valued as a customer. My family will probably be going to this Pharmacy from now on!

My daughter and I have visited the pharmacy on a few occasions and received excellent customer service! A very warm environment with friendly staff. I was very impressed! I have transferred my prescription here from Walgreens. I'm proud to support a black owned business!

The only people that use this “pharmacy” must be this guys friends. Person he has working the phones knows nothing about medicine. He only Carries stuff you can get over the counter so don’t waste your doctor sending a script here. I had a friend try to use this place a while ago and the pharmacist didn’t even know the scientific word for the medicine just brand name. We try to support local businesses and they slap us in the face with inferior service I don’t see how this place is open

Found this pharmacy by chance and saw a Black owned sign in the window. I decided to check them out. So glad I did. They are courteous, the service is prompt and never any long waits like at Walgreens. I transferred all my prescriptions to them.

Pharmacist Wole answered the phone when I was directed to Benzer Pharmacy! He and his wife are our new family pharmacy. We were blessed by God to find them when we had no car and needed our meds. Wole said he'd deliver our prescriptions for free! We have left Walgreens and only use Benzer now. PLEASE CALL WOLE AT BENZER AND FILL YOUR MEDS THERE! I GUARANTEE YOU WON'T BE WAITING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LANE AT WALGREENS ANYMORE!!!!

I recommend Benzer Pharmacy in calumet city, because the owner is a resident of the community and a Christian family. We need to help keep local small businesses in the community. I switch my prescriptions from samsclub and I love the personal and professional service.
