EXCELLENT top tier customer service! Went in about 15 minutes before closing looking for something called ?refrigerant? for my AC. Needless to say I didn't have a clue what I was doing or what I was looking for. Mike assisted me with no problems. Immediately found what I was looking for and even showed me HOW TO PUT IT ON. He was a God send. Everything was done in less than 15 minutes too! Awesome job guys ?

Went here, mistake! On my way to another Auto zone to get my car diagnosed it was closer. The man gave the WRONG diagnosis for my car! It printed I needed a intake manifold gasket. That was wrong! Never needed a manifold gasket! Took my car back to the dealer and they diagnosed my car something totally different. Will Never I pray come here again!!

Best customer service ever! I initially stopped at Advance auto down the street. They were so ,nasty I left. Diamond was great. She changed my battery in record time and was extremely pleasant despite the cold weather. Thank you!

I'm was driving from Michigan and when my red battery light came on, I searched and found Autozone on Torrence Rd Calumet City on a humbug. Even though it was cold and rainy/snowing, Michael S offered and checked my battery/ alternator. This guy is better than Google advice. I drove on to Chicago.
