I went to the river oat location on March 9, 2023, with a cracked phone and a few black spots I was charged $132.00 for the damages fast forward to march 12, 2023 and I woke up my phone is scorching hot to where I couldn't hold it a few minutes go by and my phone goes completely black

Scammers they overcharge for defective bluetooth devices and it broke within 4 days. No refunds and only allows you to exchange once within 3 days! DON'T SHOP HERE THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Majority of the problems with my phone is my fault, what I won't take responsibility for is the shoddy equipment they upcharge and sell. I went in there for headphones, phone screen protector and new screen, all for 150$ All three items were broken within a week. The same exact crack that appeared on the "tempered" glass screen protector is the same exact crack on the shoddy phone screen and the headphones, just from 2 days already stopped working in one ear. Mind you the screen cracked after setting my phone down onto a counter. THAT'S IT!! OMG, i'm so upset. NEVER NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. TBH, I could have got better headphones from Marshalls and went to "We fix it" who would have only charged 90$ for good craftsmanship but they were closed unfortunately. Never again.
