Terrible staff, with a few exceptions. Their customer service "managers" like to exercise their tiny bit of "authority " over other employees in an effort to make themselves seem important and relevant. Please, you work at Walmart. You're not important. You're job isn't shit. Just go to work, do your job, get paid, and go home like everyone else. How pathetic must your life be if you have to power trip over a go nowhere, barely above minimum wage job?

I've never before seen a cashier at any Walmart give such incredibly poor customer service. Not only did the cashier not make eye contact, he also failed to offer any type of greeting or thanks because he was openly using his phone to text. When the transaction for the customer ahead of us in line was done, the young man robotically tried to hand her the receipt, but he was honestly so into his texting that he never even looked up, and his distracted demeanor made the customer have to reach for the receipt because he was moving so slowly and handing it in the most vague direction rather than directly to her. My experience in line was nearly identical - no greeting, no eye contact, no thanks or even acknowledgement that I existed.

Sign on door states location closes at 11pm. We were in the store at 1015pm. Shopping along with other families buying groceries. We find out after shopping that the store was closed at 10 pm and there were no cashiers to check us out. The Pissible manager got on the overhead mic and stated "the store closed and to vacate the location right now" we all like wow. That's how you treat paying famines with carts of groceries and baby formula. I don't get how the internet say 11pm. The sign on door says 11pm. But the employees inside say they close whenever the want to. This was my first stop before going to the telegraph Walmart were that manager again. Closed whenever they wanted to.I just understand the rules or policies of Walmart. Wasn't aware that Walmart's policy was to ignore paying customers or treat them with no respect. I can't say I never return it be lie. It's Walmart. I will be back because I have no choice but I will try to buy less from Walmart stores until someone can tell me what is the real policy. Close when you want or time you post?

Its Cahokia it not a good place. Lots of tension in the air nobody really wants to be there . But close to home the workers are good for the most part but always a sense of doom.

For being a Walmart, this store is small and definitely dated. It was almost like stepping into a time capsule from the late 1980's. However, it had just what I needed and even though only 2 check lanes were open at 7 pm on weeknight, it got the job done. The exterior seems modern enough, so I don't think corporate has forgotten about them entirely. I would shop here out of convenience, but like any Walmart, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this location.

Pretty small Walmart, compared to all others i have visited. It was easy to find what we needed. They had a good variety of items, in comparison to its size. Service was fast and staffs seemed nice.

Do. Not. Go to this Walmart. So terrible. They have nothing and it's a super rough area. I accidentally forgot I had something in my cart (my sons seat was in there as well) and they stopped me at the door for theft. Which is fine, but instead of just letting me pay for it and leave she had to walk me to the back and write down my information. I have a newborn. I forget things. I'm busy. Let me say sorry and pay for my stuff. Don't try and embarrass me and cause a scene. She was disrespectful and unprofessional and this place will, unfortunately, not get any better. Just a low end Walmart. I think her name was charlese or something similar. Mom's beware!!

People knock this Wal Mart because its small. This store focuses on the basics rather than the variety you find at bigger locations, but most of the time basics are why you need a Wal Mart anyway. The size actually makes it more convenient. I'm also glad to see they have extended their business hours until midnight.

I don't know why Walmart has such low reviews. The staff here is very helpful and yes it's a bit small but you can still find just about anything you need. I shopped here all week (every day haha) while on a business trip and found it pleasant enough.

As I am a huge fan of site to store, I would rather go and pick something up than have it shipped to my house. Especially since it is getting so close to Christmas and I dont want things being left at my doorstep. I looked online for an item that was said to be "in store only" and I had the associate number look up and all. But it in fact was not in store at all. They didnt even have it. They said what is posted online is different than what they really have in store. I feel that being so close to Christmas they should have those types of things updated. So someone doesnt drive all the way there just to find out the lookup # was a crock of poop. Needless to say Walmart is going down under in my books. Id much rather go to Target at this point even if they are more expensive.

i am getting more and more where I really try not to go to Walmart. This one is the local Walmart in town. since i was waiting on packages to be delivered, i did not want to go to far. this is one of the last regular Walmart, i.e. not super in anyway. it is clean but small. like really small. not much more to say really. it was christmas eve and they had like 40 cashiers when normally they have maybe 4.

To my dismay this is the closest Walmart to me! I hate every second of having to go in there and try my damnedest not to go there except when absolutely necessary! 30 registers and 5 will be open! Usually a mess in there! Cashiers are most of the time grouchy and act like you are bothering them! Not to say that all of them act that way but alot do! Not unheard of for a line of people to be standing there and one to go on break! Really? If you can find another one...do it!

It used to be the only time I would set foot in a WalMart was if someone who didn't know me very well got me gift certificates. Now I just re-gift those gift certificates - to someone I hate. WalMart sucks in every conceivable manner. WalMart: Always deceiving consumers. Always.
