They gave my pictures to another person when that’s personal and an invasion of privacy and the lady acted like it happens. It’s normal is what she said. Completely disgusting if you ask me.

I sat in drive thru for an hour. When someone finally approached the window, it appeared Jada was the only one working. Lined up at counter and drive thru and she was running. If anyone else was there, they weren't doing anything.

My fiancé went to Walgreens drive thru to pick up my medicine and the guy threw stuff at her car after he said it will be ready in 15 mins. Then put the medicine far as he could. He was rudest person I’ve met. Definitely needs to be fired

It’s not a good practice to post your closing time as 9pm but lock your doors at 8:52pm. Walgreens has lost my business. Mainly because I knocked on the door and the workers looked at me like I was stupid for coming to the store during the advertised hours of operations.

I too wish I could give this store 0 stars. They are notorious for giving WIC participants a hard time. It's really sad, especially considering many of the people who work at this store have been on WIC or know someone who has been on WIC.

Wish I could give pharmacy 0 stars. Daughter had prescription called in for ear infection . We called and a pharmacist said give us 30 minutes and you should receive a call that it’s ready and they verified phone number. We called 40 minutes later to check status and it was an automated system that said it was ready. When I got there the pharmacy closed for inclement weather. We were stuck with a 4 year old screaming and crying because they couldn’t call us to tell us to either come get the meds or call it to another location for us. Terrible service if you ask me! Come to find out they left early at 6, but they closed at 7 anyways- one person could not have stayed for one hour?

I have $15.54 in ebt cash benefits that I can not get off my card, because store do not want to give cash back and can not be swipe in a atm machine. So I decided that I would go to Walgreens to add $37 to my PayPal debit card. So I swipe my PayPal debit card and I hand the lady $27 in cash and I was going to use the rest on ebt. Cash benefits. She said cash only. It seem like every time I go to add money to PayPal debit card there's all these new rulers.

Canceled covid test 3 days ago and no notification. Drive 1 hour there just to find a sign saying cancelled due to inclimate weather. It is 50 and cloudy! Pharmacy staff was no help!
