DO NOT TAKE THEM YOUR TRUCk I DID AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED !!!!!!! My transmission went out on my Volvo I paid them 18k to replace it . Told me they didn’t know why it went out in the first place. And they can’t find why it went out . So I pick it up from this shop location and it’s only at 23k miles and the transmission has no oil going to the transmission so it’s about to burn up again and need to be replaced again. Took it to a different Volvo dealership in Arizona cause the transmission light came on in the dash they told me they did not replace the transmission cooler line . And it was never mentioned to me that it needed to be replaced when I picked the truck up!! Also nevertheless mentioned during the repairs!!!!! The transmission would have burned up again it would have voided my warranty. And when they were told what happened they went silent didn’t even return any emails about the complaint!! I don’t recommend this Mack dealership to anyone!!

Our Volvo truck blew a cold air intake hose and no one had it.. was told to call vanguard truck centers n they had a hose with clamps .. they opened early enough for us to make it over there they offered for us to work on it in there parking lot which is very rare these days n they even offered to cut the metal part n got the old part off for him n didn't even take his money when he offered !!! Highly recommend them great people extremely friendly very clean inside and out!! We will definitely be back here again for our next Volvo issue

Unprofessional or scam ? This is a interesting question. Broke something intentionally and make the costumer pay for it because you are not responsible . When you pay 200$ per hour for windshield replacement. What do you expect from professional mechanics at certified uptime center ? Things like a: knowledge , responsibility for what they doing , quality . Broken windshield seal on brand new truck is just the beginning. Have complain about? No problem , they have lot of option how to get out from this. 1. You have to prove the seal it’s brand new on your 2023 truck. Prove it wasn’t broken till they replaced your windshield. 2. They may use silicone to fill the gap between cab and windshield . This is why I both brand new truck. 3. Pay around 189$ for seal , and they gonna fix own mistake directly from your pocket. If you squeeze a little more logic from their brains there is a 4th option. You’ll be surprised that seal it’s still covered by warranty . But, while they fix it, if something happens with the windshield, be ready to pay for new windshield . Sure something happens with the windshield while a certified professional mechanic works on it. Let me guess , 2 pieces of windshield + seal gonna take 6 hour . 6 hours wasted time, no thanks . Nobody pays me 200$ per hour wasted time . Imagine they working on you truck with the batteries ( most simple thing than engine, transmission or emission system) and you discover inverter or fridge not working. Maybe it’s a fuse burned, maybe not the fuse is problem. Looks like nobody is responsible , prove them it wasn’t burned until they replaced batteries . Even if is a warranty or not. JUST PASS BY .

My experience here is great. The people here are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I pass Gateway truck to come to Vanguard because they always take care of me with a smile. That itself goes along way. With the kind of money we spend on these trucks to keep them maintained, you would think the customer service would be impeccable at all shops. Not the case. This is one of the many reasons I come here to Vanguard as much as possible to get my truck worked on. ??

The service department here is horrible.Left a truck there 16 days ago with a fuel issue. Went from a bad fuel filter head to bad injectors and ended with a broken rocker arm. When I complained about how they are doing diagnostics Steve in service told me they don’t work on guarantees. They think that’s what’s wrong. I told him that is insane and that a dealership service should be able to pin point the exact problem instead of throwing parts at the truck like that. Finally picked the truck up today and 11k later no one is still not sure what was really the problem. Avoid these guys at all costs.

We do all of our work here the last 3 years. Never had a problem , always job done within the time frame. Everyone super nice , even I’m very high maintenance, they still deal with me ??. Mainly I checking with Robert , if we have questions, we call and always have answer.Because off the attitude and work always done to our satisfaction, we always come here. Robert , Fred , Loren and Steve manager help us anyway they can to get us back on the road. Mechanics Mike , Justin , Jared very knowledgeable. The parts department Nathan and his team as well. We bought new truck last year and Alan was super knowledgeable and patient with me ☺️☺️, I always have million questions. And he manage to give us a lot off adds on with the warranty. Rudi as well was very helpful. Thank you guys for hard work!!!!! And Tracy always greeting everyone with smile ?

we fixed truck in this shop and paid them 5k. After driving 10 miles air leaked and truck broke down on the road.we called them and they sent mechanic. He found out that air hose was broken. I asked Robert service supervisor to fix it, he said we can't fix this truck without labor charges. They replaced air dryer and air was leaking from same hose but Robert said we can't fix without labor. Then we went to volvo shop they fixed free of charge. I strongly recommended don't go to this shop. Robert don't care the customers.

I was driving on I - 67 near Saint Louis when my 2014 Isuzu NPR Ecoboost simply quit. It went stone dead. This truck has 38k. well maintained miles on it. I had the truck towed to the closest Isuzu Truck dealership, which is Vanguard Trucks in Cahokia IL. The diagnosis was a fuel pump that had disentigrated. The truck was only 2 months out of the extended warranty and way below the mileage limit, but they would not honor the warranty because I was not a "regular".They charged me $11,801.86 for the repair. When I took this exact invoice to the two Isuzu dealers in Denver, where I live, they both came up with less than half of this price for everything.Vanguard Trucks are pure and simple thieves. They took advantage of me big time and there is nothing that I can do, short of suing them, which would cost more than it is worth. I should have had the truck towed all the way to Denver, which would have been much cheaper.Anybody that does business with Vanguard will be screwed. This is a 100% guarantee. Avoid Them at all costs!

My 2014 Isuzu NPR Ecoboost broke down near Saint Louis. It went stone dead and was working perfectly before. It has 38k. well maintained miles on it. I had it towed to Vanguard Trucks, in Cahokia IL, the closest Isuzu dealer. They determined that the fuel pump had broken. They charged me $11,801 to replace the fuel pump. The truck was just past it's extended warranty but they would not honor the warranty because I was not a repeat customer and lived in Denver. I took the exact repair invoice, parts and labor , to both of our Isuzu dealers in Denver and they quoted me less than half of the cost for the same repair. It would have been cheaper to tow the truck all the way to Denver and have it repaired here.Vanguard Trucks are pure and simple Thieves and Fraudsters. Anybody that takes their truck to these crooks will be ripped off, period. Avoid them at all costs!
