“I rented a truck and had no problems getting one and dropping it off. There was a slight problem with the mileage reporting, however it was quickly sorted out. I would have given five stars however the truck itself was in rough shape, with a constant burning metal smell and the doors hardly being able to close.”

A rough looking gentleman had come in and was lost after being dropped off in the wrong location, and the staff worked with him to figure out where he was trying to go, and drew a little map so he could find it without getting lost.
