The current ON SITE manager is very helpful and took care of everything we asked about. There are regular hours and the phone is answered. I would use it again.”

“We hired McGuire for our office move in Clayton, MO yesterday and I honestly cannot put into words how AMAZING the experience was! Zach, Matt, and all of the guys were such gentlemen. They went above and beyond the call of duty - even assisting with securely packing up large Apple computers. We have a great deal of large artwork in our office, and the team crated and cared for it as well as the art gallery installers themselves.
They were not the cheapest - but they're the best! I will be recommending them to anyone I know moving (residential or commercial) - these guys are 10/10!”

“My rental experience was so easy from start to finish. I only needed the locker for a couple of months! Ijust did it all through the website. And then downloaded the app. The app is amazing! You can use it to get into the gate.
This Gravois location is clean and safe. You just go to your assigned locker and it's all ready. Location was great for us as we needed something close to Affton.
The people who work there are amazing! I signed up to close out on July 31st, but I forgot. I immediately called the office and they worked on a refund for the third month as I turned in my keys. So friendly! I highly recommend this location.”

I was ready to completely part ways with the company but then received a phone call to get my problems and questions remedied. I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.”
