Employees are always on FaceTime or talking to someone on Speaker. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Some of the girls are alittle rude and the store is ALWAYS a mess. I live 2mins from this DG and I avoid any DG in Cahokia at all cost.

This store is convenient because it's near my home but doesn't have a restroom that's available for the public. If me or my child have to use the restroom while shopping, we'll have to leave everything to go somewhere else to use the restroom?

I come in to shop for my airbnb all the time. Actually for the last 4 years. The owner is VERY passive aggressive towards me and I haven’t a clue. I absolutely dread going in there.

Well unfortunately it's the closest one to me but the employees that "work there" are very unprofessional,always walking around on their Bluetooths ornear buds just in the back fake stocking knowing they have been out of too many things for a year or 2 now .used to be cheapest place get dog food n treats hygiene products etc prices have raised and for all the hassle we have to go through like 4 workers there with 1 line soo long we are lined up from the front to almost the very back of the store .I hate it honestly employee's have 0 customer service skills and half the time you talk to them they just look at ya or most tomes they just ignore you .no hello good day or no thank you have a good day come again or something. Just wish for once we the customers could go in grab a few things and actually be able to get checked out and leave within an hour to hour n a half...especially people who are in pain or sick just buying meds .I think Linda let's those girls get away with everything for years now even though she's awake of their behavior some on video .unfortunately I still have to go here because gas to the closest store like that which is family dollar and I like them theyare cheaper and courteous but further away from my house so that's more gas qll because no1 controls these women they let them do what they want .I've talked to prolly 6 different customers that have the same exact issues and have reported iy and nothing is ever done
