I own a '96 7.3L, recently purchased from OR. Had a oil leak I was determined to be a rear main seal leak and some other minor issues I wanted addressed. Chad and his team, went over the truck and located the leak to be a HPOP leak,ALOT of suspension issues, and other bolt on mechanical issues. I approved, and he serviced my vehicle. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, the vacuum pump happened to fail as soon as I got the truck back, along with the truck not being able to engage properly into park. He honored his work, picked up my truck for me, and fixed it. ALSO, during that storm a few weeks back, again another unfortunate situation, some debris flew up on my truck, and put a good number on the truck. And AGAIN, Chad was more then willing to help me out and respected my situation on his end.
As a workman, I can proudly speak for all of us saying we just want a good mechanical for our vehicles, with an honest price, and to work with honest people. R&R over delivers and well exceeded my expectations. This is what a good mechanic should do in these situations, not let the stress of issues that I present to him flood this mind or cause an argument. Chad was very humble to talk to, and most importantly he talked to me like a man.
I personally will be referring ALL my future customers who own vehicles to this man. I can't thank you enough Chad for your work and extraordinary hospitality. This world needs more honest working men like you. Also can't forget about the ladies I spoke to over the phone, couldn't ask for a better customer service. From my family to yours, thank you. R&R, you have my respect.

I have taken multiple vehicles here multiple times. I always feel like a cared about customer who gets a fair assessment and a fair price. If you need a local gas or diesel mechanic who you want to treat you fair, this is the place to go.

I went in for a simple wheel alignment and tire rotation... $$2500 LATER!, and I couldn't be happier! Chad and his crew of seasoned mechanical veterans took my clapped out Ram 1500 and made her feel young again. Front end needed some major attention and they handled every aspect like pros. I've been a customer for several years and will be for years to come. Hats off to you guys!

We had R and R repair our 2004 Ford Van with over 250,000 miles. They did the brakes front/rear, shocks and ball-joints front-end suspension parts. After a front end alignment, the old tank cruises down the road like NEW! Awesome job, friendly customer service and attention to detail! Will bring all work to these guys!!

Recently took my new 12 valve Cummins to Chad for a valve adjustment and fuel filter change. Night and day difference. Truck has a tad bit more power and sounds great. Has also completed work on my 7.3 work truck ,So far have had nothing but positive experiences with R&R. Chad also is excellent with his communication. I plan on continuing my business with them if I’m to busy or the job is to big for me.

About 3years ago I had to get my heads worked on machined Chad and his crew put backed together ran real good afterwards. Today I'm getting oil leak fixed. Seems my valve cover gaskets are bad one craked and missing a bolt also when they put injector back they didn't put washer on injectors and now it's rusted. This redo is costing me 1200-1500 extra that didn't need to be done if boss would have checked on employees.

My air conditioning went out and they got me right in. Very reasonable. Did only the work needed. Super friendly from the staff out in the garage to the nice lady in the office. Owner was working hard to get people taken care of. Will be back and highly recommend!

Great people who actually listen and make sure everything is right on your vehicle, been taking several vehicles to them for the last 5 years or so and they figure out my problem every time and get it fixed right to where there’s no problem after, would recommend to anyone.
