I can’t recommend Kinetic Grit enough! When I heard a CrossFit gym was coming to Byron I was so excited. I did CrossFit in the past when I lived in Chicago and was excited to get back into it after taking a few years off. Kinetic Grit CrossFit is such a welcoming spot, Ive had family from out-of-town visit and they wish they lived closer to be able to go they had that much fun. I have some health issues and Amber and Jake were so welcoming and supportive and still are! The entire Kinetic CrossFit gym is a large family they are there to push you towards your goals and support you not only inside but outside the gym as well. I know if I needed anything I could count on this group. I have seen significant growth not only physically but also mentally and with Grit! This gym is perfect for the seasoned athlete trying to stay in shape between sport seasons, or the novice gym member looking to learn new movements and form. No matter what each day you will be challenged and pushed to do better. I am so glad we have this space here in Byron and can’t recommend it enough. Amber offers Community classes on Saturdays at 9am and it’s a great way to try it out and its free! Your first class is also free so if you aren’t sure, you could always give it a try.

Amazing atmosphere and great coaches. The workouts are tough but the coaches are inspiring and always see you through. Can’t say enough good things about this place ?

This gym changed the way I look at fitness. The coaches are the best and always welcome my kids too. I had never even thought about doing CrossFit before I tried it here and I would recommend to everyone!
