I hired jeanette to file my taxes for me for the 2021 year. After going over everything and making sure it was correct she had me sign the paper, and I left excited for my return to come. Months go by and I got nothing. I called and called, nobody would help, or return my calls. Finally she called and said she had somehow accidentally added 60k to my income AFTER I had ok-ed and signed my return. She amended them and now I'm getting letters from the irs. She will not return my voicemails. And will not call me back. Which makes me believe she messed up the ammendment as well.

Worst "business" I've had to deal with. Unprofessional on many levels. Rude seems to rule the office environment.

Very very dissatisfied with services they asked for many documents and when we asked what these documents are for they simply told us to pick up our papers and take our business elsewhere extremely rude not organized buyer beware I would not recommend this place.
