How is it so hard to have pizza ready at 5 o’clock. I understand you guys have online orders to fill but they has to be a way to balance in store slices as well as online

I’ve been going to this location for forever. You cannot get a slice of pizza during lunch hours or around 5 o’clock, any day of the week. Gotta get the cooks to lay off the grass and prioritize having pizza during pizza hours. Great reward system though

How do you have no pizza at all prepared at 4:30pm on a Friday? There was about 5 other people waiting around for pizza too. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to leave empty handed, thats unacceptable. That's arguably the most important item in the whole business to keep stocked besides maybe gas. I travel a lot and have visited dozens of caseys locations, and don't think I've ever seen completely empty pizza racks, even at 5 minutes to closing on a Monday night.

I stop here a few times a week, and the older guy at the counter isn't friendly most of the time. Well today he completely ignored me during the entire check out process.Me: hi thereHim: silence. We order pizza all the time and its always good but today it was the best weve had. Kids were excited for the ice cream too.

Had a flat tire on the way home and pulled in here. Today is Sunday and all the service stations are closed. I couldn’t wait hours n hours for a tow truck, so 2 employees (Nate and Sammi) put my spare in for me! Sammi even called her husband to bring a better Jack than what I had. They went above and beyond to help this old lady. I’ll be forever grateful to them and Casey’s will always be my favorite store/gas station!!
