My wife picked up my medications pharmacy staff was too lazy to check the bin to see if there was more than one package. Now I have to make another 40 miles round trip to pick them up. They need to pay attention, update computers so maybe it will tell staff how many are ready. Since the pharmacy staff change it has gone to $hit.

Used to work here. Most toxic horrid work enviornment I've ever been apart of in my entire life (and ive been in the military). All of the employees would bully each other on a daily basis; they bullied one girl so much after 2 months she stopped showing up to work. They really need to develop an HR department before they end up getting a lawsuit.

Please call us if a prescription is ready or if for some reason the insurance does not go through. Multiple times we show up a days after a prescription was sent waiting for a call it was ready and it still needs to be processed or there was an issue. Great staff, poor follow through though.

It's gone very downhill since new management came in. What took a few hours now takes couple weeks to get a prescription filled there.

Been coming in here for years because it is the only option in our small town. If you need a rx quickly or you are in pain you will absolutely be wasting your time here. High turnover of pharmacy staff and generally ridiculous prices of everyday needs like deodorant or toothpaste etc. The pharmacy will ALWAYS involve a long wait, possibly multiple trips, and/or incomplete orders. Currently still sitting here waiting on one rx for antibiotics for hubby. Store was empty when I came in...and an HOUR later I am still sitting here. Absolutely THE WORST PHARMACY EVER....

Today I went to buy insulin syringes. Jan the pharmacist got involved and treated me extremely rudely. After making me feel like I'm a drug user she refused to sell to me. I told her I use them for my testosterone replacement therapy And she was confused and did not understand what TRT was which caught me by surprise being she's a pharmacist. I explained to her that a prescription was not needed and she understood just flat out refused to sell to me. I had to drive to Rockford to Walgreens which sold to me no questions asked. What has me the most upset is how they made me feel like a drug user, they made me feel very uncomfortable as I had to leave.

We have been coming here for as long as they have been open and can say our experience has been nothing short of great. The staff has always conducted themselves appropriately and are both knowledgeable and kind...answering any questions we may have about anything that comes to mind.

Visiting from out of state. Forgot one med that I don't often take- but needed. Had my doctor call in a partial prescription. No problem. Friendly pharmacists here.

Went in with a purse and didn’t buy anything and got harassed for a faulty alarm going off when trying to leave. Don’t go in and not buy anything if you’re a young adult because I got held up for 5 minutes and got accused of stealing and they went through my entire purse looking for something to pin on me.

For a small town pharmacy, it is horrible. Ever since I transferred my medicine here it's been a hassle to get. The refill system is way out of date, and the staff seem confused. I have to call medications in 2-3 times before it gets refilled, or I get a call stating my medicine is ready and go there and it is not ready. Then the staff proceeds to fill it but needs a renewal from doctor and I have to call doctor to send in order. Very disappointed.

Keep trying to call them and nobody picks up. 5 times and it rings and rings and then hangs up on you. Why post a number if nobody answers
