Ron and Jason have always been honest and up front about every repair I've actually needed. They never add unnecessary work. They explain what they see and advise me wisely and honestly with given time frames of what to expect. All of their work for me has been professional and perfect performance. Recently they advised me to retire my old green van that was ready to fall apart on the road. They told me the list of repairs and costs and current safety hazard to me and my family. I've been going to them for over twenty years. Even though I'm retired from work and live over twenty miles away, I still take our vehicles to them.

Took my daughter's car in early this morning.....didn't have an appointment but daughter was in a bit of a bind for work. Jason quickly found the tire problem and had it repaired in minutes. This is not the first time these guys have gone well out of their way and done unscheduled work for me. They're honest, skilled and efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone. Tire was flat with a slow leak over holiday weekend. Ron told me it would be later in the day to fix because of the holiday. He had a cancellation and my car was ready mid morning. Professional and courteous services and staff.

Ron Promisson and his crew have the most important qualities of a great Auto Service. High quality skill with honesty and integrity. They double-check their diagnosis and they double-check their work. They never do surprise or extra work on your car without checking with you first even if it is needed. They've serviced our vehicles for over 17 years. I like the comfort of knowing I don't have wonder nor worry about their work.
