Terrible customer service. Unresponsive to unresolved issues despite relentless attempts at communicating through their online portals, email and phone channels. Products already breaking within less than 2 weeks of purchase.

Easy to order fast shipping! But the bench isn’t great quality at all. Paid 270 but it’s about $130 bench very very cheap!
