I’ve been a loyal member here for years and I usually have amazing experiences, but my mom brought my dog in today for his 11th birthday and did not have the experience.My mom mentioned it was his birthday and bought him treats, but the girl helping her did not seem interested in the slightest and was anything but helpful. She also failed to give my dog his free treats for his birthday. Very disappointing.

Best store around for pets (and their hoomans)! Amazing selection of products and the staff at all of the locations is knowledgeable, friendly and can always offer guidance whether you’re a new or first time pawrent. AdriAnne and Andy keep things new and exciting and include the customers in their purchasing decisions. “What’s New Wednesday”’is a must - grab your favorite beverage and tune in! Jordan was an absolute ray of sunshine! She helped me pick out a leash/collar for my new puppy, engraved the collar tag for me and then suggested some new treats for my 4 dogs. I’ve always been a customer but I will be back just to hang out with her!
