Quite a few negative reviews here. Usually when the service is great customers tend to not post a review, however when it's negative they are more inclined to.
So here is my quick review. Shipped my mini truck from Denver to Seattle. The driver Nick was incredibly thorough, careful, and professional. There was some concern on being able to load the truck on the rig, but he took his time and carefully handled the situation. The truck arrived in Seattle without any damages, and even after a clerical issue from another company, Nick contacted me and we were able to work out the issue and come to a solution.
I would definitely use Taurus in the future, especially if I would work with Nick again.

Driver in Wisconsin Dells nearly ran my family off the road. Refused to let us merge with an empty lane next to him and then flipped us off. Disgusting and dangerous behavior.

I had two classic cars valued over six figures shipped from California to Michigan and both cars ended up damaged on the way. Driver took no care with the vehicles. The driver knew about the damages when the vehicles were unloaded in Michigan and hid them. The company refused to reimburse for damages done while in their care even thought the driver rearranged the cars during transport and hid the damages.
And because the cost of the damages was 300$ under their deductible their insurance refused to pay as well
Do not trust this company to move your vehicles
Their drivers are unprofessional and do not care about your person prized possessions
The claims department states that because the cars are 60 years old things like this happens and it’s your fault for owning classic cars
Do not ship with. If your broker hires them do not give them your car

I see all the negative reviews so I wanted to share my experience. I ended up with Taurus Auto Group (TAG) from using the broker Montway. TAG got my transport order on Tuesday, picked my vehicle up on Wednesday and delivered my vehicle on Thursday. TAG didn’t let me know when they picked up my vehicle, and the dealership didn’t give me a heads up either. The communication was slim to none with TAG. However, I wasn’t too worried about it bc my vehicle has a tracker, and I was able to see where it was at all times. I received one call from a lady from TAG the day it was to be delivered-Thursday at 10:30am telling my vehicle would be delivered between 1pm & 3pm. Other than that there was no other communication from TAG. Ion Postu was the driver and he didn’t talk much even at drop off. It was like it was all business. However, he did give us a friendly wave as he was driving off. Despite the lack of communication I’m giving them a 5-star review bc they did the job that was to be done, in the time frame it was to be done, and I have no complaints. Ion was quiet but he was great! Thanks Ion! Thanks TAG!

agreed to pickup the vehicle thursday, missed the deadline for pickup , when asked if car was picked up they replied next day that driver was late, no communication skills

My delivery was very quick. You guys are complaining for no reason even tho it’s still hard for the drivers. They drive thousands of miles for you and still complaining about them. I think the delivery was fast because it came one day earlier.
