This lender is fairly responsive in answering questions and timely with getting back to you. I would not recommend using this lender if you are building with Meadowbrook builders. Your builder will tell you to use this lender since it is there preferred lender, however the caveat is this lender/builder won't care to give you the best service. If we would have went with our own lender, we could have had an interest rate 1% LOWER than the junk rate Preferred Rate got us. Also, they wanted us to pay points for lower rates, even though we were putting down over 55% of a down payment on our new home. Do you research, find the right lender for you, not just the "preferred" lender that your builder suggests. You'll thank yourself later. This was a nightmare experience.
