Very personable people here, Steve goes above and beyond , especially since we know our limited moments with our loved ones are precious. He really gets it and it's like having another family member

My mother used to bring me along here as a kid, since then it has always been my go to place for all my jewelry needs. Repair/clean my watches. Resized/clean my chains and bracelets. I absolutely love this place.Always an easy process, and amazing staff. Best place by far around the Burr Ridge/Hinsdale area!

We were about to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and decided to redesign my engagement and wedding bands. It was a terrific experience! The owner met with us and patiently listened to our ideas. The result was a magnificent design and impeccable craftsmanship. I highly recommend this unique, family owned jewelry store!

Imperial Jewelers is in my opinion, the finest high end Jewelry stone in Chicagoland.I needed to get my new watch bracelet sized and decided to try my local Imperial Jewelers. I received fantastic and quick service and now enjoying my new watch. Thanks so much for the help!I will definitely be going back for further watch repair and hopefully watch purchases as well.

I can in for a battery replacement for my watch. My service was more a 5 days wait. When I went a few day to check on the watch. They told me that it will be ready Thursday after 1 pm. The owner's presses was unable to close the backing of the watch. He had to send it to a automatic press. When I did get the watch I was just glad to get it and leave! Upon looking at my watch I was a blemish that wasn't on there when I left it. I would not recommend this place for a battery replacement! The service was terrible!

Good variety of gold jewelry at decent prices! If you don't want to drive all the way to Devon, they have a nice selection of Indian-style jewelry.

Avoid at all costs. They are rude, unprofessional and just plain stupid. I went into this store to check them out and see how they did business. I was issued a large check by my insurance company to replace my diamond ring and several other pieces that were stolen. Not having a local jeweler I decided to check out several without them knowing it. I took a cheap metal charm in and asked if it could be cast in silver. A younger guy named Mike asked me why I would want it in silver and not gold. He told me he's never had anything made in silver but that he would check and see if it could be done. Now even I know that if you have a metal piece a cast can probably be created and then poured in silver, gold or platinum depending on what you want. He apparently didn't know this because when I finally got ahold of him again the next week he told me..."yeah, I found out its easy because they just make a cast. It will only be $85 to do it in silver. Do you want a gold quote or should I have it done in silver?" I told him I would come and pick the piece up. He asked why I didn't want to go ahead and I explained... "you told me you would call me Monday. Monday and Tuesday both went by and here it is Wednesday and I am calling you" He told me that he only dropped it off Tuesday. I asked why he hadn't bothered to call me and let me know. He told me "it's a ten dollar piece of crap, is it that big a deal?" I replied, "and that is why I am coming to pick it up". He told me he didn't have the piece and wouldn't be picking it up until the following Monday. I told him I would be in Monday evening. He told me I could come Wednesday because he didn't know when he would get it exactly and that they are closed on Tuesday. When I did go to pick it up there was an older man dressed in a suit. I asked if he was the owner. He responded yes and I asked if I could speak with him. I explained what happened and that his store had failed my test. I told him that I would find a store that cared about every job and treated customers with respect and professionalism. I turned to leave and Mike yelled after me "it is a $10 piece of crap!" The owner replied "that's why she wanted us to cast in something else". I asked the owner to please explain it to Mike and I continued out the door. Before I got to the front door, I heard, "shut up Mike, you're fired!" So while the owner seems to get it, I will also add that I visited the store three separate times. Each time there seemed to be a group of friends of the owners there, drinking wine and socializing. Granted it is the holiday season but what about professionalism?!..... on any level?

Best Jeweler in Chicagoland. The owner has more experience in the industry than anyone i have met. The owner is truly a great human, never a shadow of shady business which is so rampant in the diamond industry. Straight, honest and flawless work while they make you feel like part of the family.
