We visit Chicago often and this is the nicest one we have stayed at. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast, and friendly staff. This will be my new go-to hotel in the Chicago area!

Clean hotel in a quiet and safe part of town. Great staff, especially, the young lady that worked the front desk overnight 10/6-10/9(?) and the gentleman that worked the breakfast bar 10/7-10/11. Our friends later joined us at this hotel, and it was great being able to pick up some take-out to enjoy in the dining room when we were too tired to go out to dinner.

Rooms were comfortable. The ceiling had a few spots that had been clearly patched but not painted. A/C worked well though.
Breakfast had a decent variety of items and different egg and meat choices each morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of good restaurants, and a ton of breweries nearby. Good place to rest after a day in the city or brewery hopping.

I stayed here for about 5 days for a work training in Willowbrook and I had a very positive experience! The room was clean, well lit, and the bed was comfy. Also the gym and continental breakfast were a huge plus!

I visited Chicago with my family for a few days. One of my friends recommended this hotel to us, and I was really impressed with the value compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel was clean, quiet, and family-friendly. The service was good, although I had to call for room cleaning and extra toilet paper and towels. Additionally, the hotel offers a breakfast with many options, which was a great start to our day. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago; it's just 35 minutes from downtown, even with traffic.

Beautiful views, quiet location. Comfortable room with lots of charging stations. Bed was relatively comfortable but pillows were too soft.
Walkability: Great neighborhood, but difficult to get to the sidewalks.

The staff here is exceptional. Brian is very kind and accommodating. Rooms are incredibly clean. Lately, many hotel brands are lackadaisical about cleaning. This Hampton Inn is amazing. Breakfast is above average. I wish there were more sugar-free or low sugar items, but overall, breakfast was great. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. This property deserves their high ratings. It went above my expectations.

Close to I-55 but still quiet. Nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. Very clean with a wonder staff that was helpful. Continental breakfast had a great selection and above the normal continental breakfast at other Hamptons. Highly recommend

The rooms are so clean, never been to a hotel that’s kept good this well. Service was good and there’s nothing to complain! Got in late and baby was crying hysterically, Rose at checkin graciously gave us an hour extra hour to checkout and some water bottles and really appreciate it! Loved the stay and will definitely return!
Rooms: Very well kept!
Noteworthy details: Cleanliness is such a plus point!
